Privacypolicy.

The Eastern Nigeria International Film Festival is operated by the Eastern Nigeria Film & Arts Initiative (ENFAI) in Enugu, Nigeria. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@enfai.org.

The website does not currently accept newsletter subscriptions or partnership enquiries. Those forms remain unavailable until their delivery services are connected, so information entered on this website is not presented as saved or submitted.

If you contact ENIFF through an email or telephone link, the information you choose to provide is handled through your email or telephone service and received by ENIFF for the purpose of responding to you.

The hosting infrastructure receives the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as the requested page, time of the request, browser information and IP address.

Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, communicate about ENIFF or ENFAI activity requested by the sender, and maintain necessary records of that correspondence. Technical request information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When those files are requested, Google receives the technical information required to serve them. The site also links to FilmFreeway, ENFAI, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Those services apply their own privacy practices after you follow a link to them.

The application does not currently include advertising trackers or an analytics integration, and it does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies.

Personal correspondence is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage the relevant relationship or meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations. Operational hosting records are managed as part of providing and securing the website.

You may ask whether ENIFF holds personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@enfai.org. Newsletter unsubscribe instructions will be provided when email subscriptions are introduced.

This policy will be updated when the website begins using additional services or collecting information in new ways. The version displayed on this page describes the website's current operation.
